Check out e-books, including best sellers and award winners, with Libby by OverDrive. You'll find lots of e-books and audiobooks for kids and teens here. OverDrive's Libby app provides more features for readers than the original app. Compatible with most devices, including Kindle e-readers such as PaperWhite, and now includes an eyesight-saving dark mode. Libby is not compatible with any Nooks (please see the OverDrive instructions).
The original OverDrive app continues to provide readers with access to all the same materials; updating to Libby isn't a requirement at this time.
The e-books in the Gale Virtual Reference Library include encyclopedias and subject-specific reference sources for research on a variety of subjects: business, film and television, history, literary criticism, multicultural studies, music, religion, social science, and sports, as well as a variety of biographies. Interactive e-books allow you to search, highlight, note, translate, listen on the go, collaborate, download chapters, and save your research. No borrowing limits.
